چکیده
The obturator nerve lies deep within the pelvis, and it can be damaged by direct injury during surgery. In this study, conduction was used to confirm an in a patient who presented with hip adductor weakness following gynecological surgery for endometrial cancer. A 56-year-old woman complained of right muscles after laparoscopic hysterectomy due Seven days surgery, degree Medical Research Council (MRC) Scale 1; thus, velocity test conducted. To obtain compound muscle action potentials nerve, stimulation performed (1.5 cm inferior 1.5 lateral pubic tubercle) surface electrical simulator recording (midpoint medial thigh) muscles. showed lower amplitude (left side: 2.7 mV vs. 0.3 mV) delayed onset latency 3.2 ms 2.2 ms). These results indicate partial neuropathy. Therefore, could useful diagnose early-stage provide information on damage.

متن کاملCase Report: Median Nerve Cavernous Hemangioma
Hemangiomas of the median nerve are extremely rare; only 12 cases have been reported in the literature. We discuss a patient who presented with paresthesia and pain along the distribution of the left median nerve secondary to a cavernoma of the proximal part of the nerve as suspected on MRI scan. Total removal of the mass was achieved with immediate relief of the symptoms and no neurologic defi...
